Matt McGee of Homelight

Every week I send Chris a really detailed rundown with my requests for how the interview should be edited. There are always 2-3 edits that I think won’t work because there’s a stray breath or an “um” or something that will make the edit sound awkward and obvious to my listeners. And every week Chris sends back a finished episode that sounds like one coherent, uninterrupted conversation. There’s a bit of magic involved, if you ask me! Chris makes my podcast sound way better than it should, and he takes a lot of pressure off me as the host / interviewer / writer.
